BakeFrame is a model-agnostic AI filmmaking platform. We built it because professional film production was locked behind expensive tools, proprietary vendor ecosystems, and high per-generation fees — none of which benefited the creators doing the work.

Our answer is the BYO* architecture: bring your own API keys, your own cloud storage, and your own collaboration backend. BakeFrame handles the orchestration — from AI script writing through storyboarding, character design, video generation, audio, and export — while your content and your infrastructure stay entirely under your control.

We are a small team building in public. The platform is in active development and currently in early access.
